1. Upon choosing the item/s that will be purchased, fill out and submit an order form. Absolutely no bogus buyers please. Thread Manila also reserves the right not to accept incomplete order forms.
2. Once an order form has been processed, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the buyer within 24 hours.
3. After receiving the confirmation, buyer must be prepared to make the payment within 2-3 working days.

4. If buyer fails to make the payment within the given period, the item/s ordered will immediately be placed back on the online store, available for purchase again for other buyers.

8. After Thread Manila ships the item/s, the shipping tracking number will be sent to the buyer via email or SMS. Status of shipping may be tracked by inputting your tracking number on this website http://www.xend.com.ph/Default.aspx.
9. Thread Manila will NOT be held liable for any loss, damage or delay incurred while the package is in transit.
10. All sales are final after shipping. No return and no exchange. All items thoroughly undergo inspection before shipping. However, in the rare occasions that Thread Manila might allow it (special cases), all items must be returned in its original and excellent condition with the tags and labels still attached. Otherwise, return or exchange will not be honored.
11. Exchanging of items will be subject to availability. Thread Manila reserves the right to refuse exchange when certain styles, colors or sizes are no longer available.
12. There may be a discrepancy between the colors of products posted on the online store and the actual products and also between the sizes posted on our size chart and the actual size and measurements of the buyer. The size chart should be used as a reference only but not as a sole and absolute guideline. Such discrepancies mentioned may not be considered as defects and grounds for return or exchange.
